I grew up in Saudi Arabia and earned my medical degree from King Faisal University in Dammam. I pursued my medical residency training in Pediatrics and fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center in Riyadh.
I planned to continue my education in Paris, the city of love and fashion. I was able to learn French and earn another degree in Pediatric Emergency Medicine from Paris Descartes University (Paris V)
Paris taught me to look presentable all the times, even at the grocery store to enjoy simple pleasures; and to live a passionate life full of originality.
I sought an Executive Master’s degree in the science of Health Administration at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, Disaster Medicine fellowship and Dignitary Medicine fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA.
Furthermore, I'm certified in Lifestyle Medicine by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine IBLM.

As a Mother of 2 children one was born in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic crisis and the 2nd is a late preemie away from both family and friends support, I have many stories to share about motherhood. I talk about childcare, moms health, wellbeing and self confidence.
I want to share with you my experience , the US culture for taking care of new moms and their babies. There are many DIY ideas and products that I never heard about and I found it very helpful and useful. My philosophy is centered around understanding what works for YOU.
Throughout my life what made me happy is to help others, that is why I created my lifestyle inspired site to be a place of inspiration and positivity.
